Hello, I’m Kerry
I’m a dynamic, caring and highly experienced leader with an outstanding history of achievements and positive outcomes from working with organisations, individuals, families and children.
I have extensive experience in delivering therapeutic interventions with young people in residential childcare settings and am passionate about cultivating a therapeutic environment where young people can recover from past trauma.

I am able to provide therapeutic consultation and supervision for carers, managers and staff teams supporting children, young people and families.

My Mission
I started Cherry Lane Therapeutic Services to meet the therapeutic needs of young people, their families and staff teams undertaking sophisticated work with extremely troubled and vulnerable children and families.
I would like to help support teams and individuals, to develop a deeper psychological understanding and to:

Aid the maintenance of their compassion.

Support them in looking after themselves in such complex and provocative work.

Empower them to manage navigating the systems and structures that they work within.

Improve wellbeing and their sense of achievement and most importantly outcomes for; children, families and young people.
